The sessions had such a positive, focused feeling.  I felt listened to, understood, and not judged.  Even when I came in struggling, I was amazed at how positive and hopeful I felt by the time we finished.  Sarah has a natural gift for this work.  Her warmth and ability to understand what is going on beneath the surface made the sessions incredibly helpful to me.  She was so focused on understanding me and my world, and helping me find my own way forward. 

You're nice to work with. You're kind. I really feel like you are attuned to me. Since we started working together, my self-esteem is higher, which upgraded the quality of my life. I have a much better life now. 

The shift has been incredible; I haven't properly implemented fully what we spoke about but I am already more happy and doing better overall…I would love to continue.

You’ve taken me so deep. It’s huge. I feel like it’s core. I’ve been close to it, but not quite. It’s ironic (the inner conflict)….. This is fascinating… (The clear view of the inner conflict and how it overpowered her conscious mind.) 

 (Referring to JRS) It's better than (regular) talking (therapy), blah, blah, blah.  This works!  It's helping.   

(From a client who was doubtful of the effectiveness of any therapeutic method.  Before her first session she questioned the value compared to the price.  After the session she felt I charged only a fraction of its value.) This is worth 800 NIS!

For a while I have been thinking about healing, reflecting on my whole journey. I came to the conclusion that the only way to heal is to get to the root, and that is what you're doing.. It's really special. 

This is a really effective system. I feel lighter. I actually feel like bricks were taken off, and they have stayed off. It's amazing.
