Hello and Shalom,
My name is Sarah Sacks, and I live in Israel with my family and Hashem😊. I love striving to reveal Hashem in all areas of my life. This includes my work as an attachment coach and writer.
I help women move from insecure to secure attachment in relation to themselves, Hashem, others and things.Â
With Hashem I wrote a book, 10 Steps to Eat as a Jew: The Path Back to Gan Eden, and I currently write a weekly article on my Substack writer’s site called, Living One.Â
Boruch Hashem I very much enjoy what I do and feel blessed.
But it wasn't always this way...
Like so many of us today, I come from a history of trauma. I have had to work hard for decades to get out of spinning false perspectives that just weren't reality.
I know what it is to feel small; to feel disconnected from yourself; to struggle with feeling that your needs don't matter; to not know what boundaries are - and then not feeling good enough to have them; to not trust yourself; to not feel like you have a place in the world.
I had a lot to learn.Â
Only through Hashem's kindness, at this part of my journey, I have learned how to stand in my own place. I can recognize my value and my contribution. I validate my needs and try to meet them, to be my own advocate. I actually set loving boundaries to keep my relationships healthy and well. And, I have a vision of what my ideal life looks like and am in the process of building in that direction.Â
Believe you me, I still have to learn to do all that better and even more. I plan to grow a lot and hopefully will continue the rest of my life. But I decided to become an attachment coach at this point, because I’m confident about the path! I see my mission in it & I personally know it works.
If you'd like to join me on the path,
I look forward to helping you climb mountains of growth.
